The authenticity of IBO (Heebo/Hebrew) origin as Hebrews exiles from ancient Israel is an established fact at the order of oracular truism that affords deep interest and vital concern both to IBOS of the defunct East Central State, Nigeria, and many others who are interested in Iboism and the IBO history.
To lend profound expression to the sacred truths of IBO-BIAFRA descent from Israel, a great discovery was achieved in 1997 when the famous Onyx stone with the inscription of GAD was discovered in AGULERI in the Anambra Region of BIAFRA land.
We have good information about the same Onyx stone recorded in the Holy Scripture (Exodus 39: 2-14) in these sacred words:

The vitality of this amazing discovery also affords a profound attestation to the works of renowned IBO historians and scholars between 1861 and 1997 in such personalities as Equiano, Ezra, Uchendu, Afigbo, and so on. Obviously, God's Divine Promise of Kingdom Restoration in Israel lay ahead in the end-time as recorded in the prophetic books of Prophets Isaiah 62, Jeremiah 33, Ezekiel 34, Hosea 14, Joel 3, Amos 9, and Zechariah 14. It is wrong and absolutely hopeless to assume that it is too late to be fulfilled.
Evidently, the gathering back of scattered Hebrews has already gathered amazing momentum and is earnestly taking its effect. Among the exciting numerical strength of about 150 nations of the world resident by the Hebrews, virtually 120 nations have succeeded in their nation's return to the holy land of Israel. It is hoped, similarly, that God Who had started the good work will perfect it by bringing back the rest of the exiled Hebrews into the World Jewry Kingdom.
Though, the return of the exiled Hebrews to Israel referred to herein may not literarily portray that all the Hebrews in Gentile nations shall go back to the ancient land of Israel as per se. BIAFRA'S GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES AT THE TRIGGER OF AFRICA & EAST OF THE NIGER
Of course, the IBOS of Hebrew Exile (BIAFRA) in Nigeria bears the broad geographical location of the biblical Land of Promise, which extends beyond the lands of IBOS of Imo, Anambra, Abia, Enugu, Ebonyi, and Delta State. We recognize the prominent BIAFRA territories of ANANG ("Anan" in Hebrew) in Akwa Ibom, ETINAN ("Ithnan" in Hebrew) in Akwa Ibom, ITAM ("Etam" in Hebrew) in Akwa Ibom, AMAKIRI ("Michri" in Hebrew) in Rivers State, AHODA ("Yahodah" in Hebrew) in Rivers State, IGALA ("Igal" in Hebrew) in Kogi State, CALABAR ("Caleb Arba" in Hebrew) in Cross River State, and IDOMA ("Edom" in Hebrew) in Benue State.
All the aforementioned are Hebrew (Heebo/Ibo) names that exist in non-Ibo-speaking areas in Nigeria. How best, great, and glorious can the Hebrew Exiles in Nigeria regain their lost Jewish heritage through being combined into the World Jewry Kingdom and thus claim their "Abraham's Blessings", even as their counterparts in Israel, America, Britain, etc.
ETYMOLOGICAL EVIDENCE OF IBO (HEBREW) ORIGIN
Obviously, the IBO system of naming their diverse geographical locations and settlements or residential communities, towns, and villages is reflected in the description of their events and circumstances or a sheer connotation of curses on them arising from the disobedience of theirs or that of their forefathers in which they proved themselves unfaithful before the LORD through disobedience to the Holy Commands of the Almighty God Who is the God of Israel. They fell from grace to grass and fell short of God's Divine Standard and Glory. Hence, God's CURSE upon them (Deuteronomy 28: 45-50).
Thus, we read: "Moreover, all these Curses shall come upon thee and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkened not unto the Divine Voice of the LORD thy God, to keep His Commandments which He commanded thee ...... Therefore shall thou serve thine enemies {Hausa Fulani}, which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger and in thirst, and in nakedness and in want of things and shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck until he has destroyed thee ... The LORD shall bring a nation {north country of northern cabals} against thee from far ... a nation whose tongue thou shall not understand ..."
Thus, we discover in IBO choice of names for their various residential places in the fearful jungles and bushes reflected their ideas about their plights, life situation, disposition, and mood. Thus we have
ORLU ("OL" in Hebrew), which means 'Yoke' or 'Servitude'.

OHAFIA ("OHA OPHRA" in Hebrew) as recorded in 1 Chronicle 4: 14, meaning 'Community Of Bush People', but a corruption of its Hebrew connotation that implies 'Community of people of Ophra'.
ADIELE ("ADIEL" in Hebrew) recorded in 1 Chronicle 4: 36, meaning 'Looking Unto God', which was later pronounced as 'Adiele', a popular name in most IBO communities.
UMUAHIA ("AHIJAH" in Hebrew) is pronounced as 'AHIA' from which was derived "UMUAHIA" that means 'Children Of 'AHIA'. While 'UMUAHIA' is interpreted as 'Community Of Traders' by some of the indigenes and strangers alike, others said it was originally "OMO AHIA", which means 'A Place For Trading' or 'A Trade Post', adding that it was the White man that mispronounced it as "UMUAHIA".
