The Paper unveils the readiness of IPOB and her indomitable fearless leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (De Great) to declare BIAFRA, which is now overdue, even as he embarks upon a demacation of Biafra boundaries. Speaking, the spokesman of IPOB, Comrade Emma said: "The exercise is a National BIAFRA Exercise. It is in accordance with the UN demand of knowing exactly where BIAFRA land covers. We are expecting that within the next one week, it will be over. An inspection team of high IPOB officers will be conducted round all BIAFRA territories by the Committee responsible for this BIAFRA Boundary demarcation to see how perfect the exercise is. Pictures of all the boundaries will be taken and sent to the UN and EU and in response, we are expecting a delegation by the two bodies to BIAFRA land to see things by themselves. Though, we are encountering some problems as our billboards and banners are being removed by Nigeria security men after we erected them. But we have another strategy and we know that they cannot beat us in whatever program we intend to do. You know the Federal Government in response to our leaders request to the UN that Apex body when they were asked to comment on our leaders request, they said that BIAFRA is only the South East States. They did not know that when our leader made this submission to the UN, he included the Old BIAFRA Map and the bulkernization of the region after the Nigeria genocide against the Eastern region. Though, they agreed that if it must be separation, it will only be the present South East States which is only five in number.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in his last broadcast has directed the enforcement of IPOB 'No Open Grazing' policy, as the ultimatum issue by his Group has elapsed.
